Where do you deliver?We deliver gourmet gift hampers Australia-wide — every state and territory, from the major cities to regional addresses. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.Can I include a personalised gift message?

Yes. Add a free personalised gift message at checkout and we’ll print it on a card and include it with your hamper.

How do I track my order?Once your order is dispatched we’ll send you tracking details. You can also check progress any time via the Order Tracking link at the top of every page.Do your hampers contain alcohol? Is there an age requirement?Many of our hampers include wine, champagne, spirits or beer. By law, alcohol can only be sold and delivered to people aged 18 and over, and someone 18+ must be present to accept the delivery. See our liquor licence for details.Do you cater to dietary requirements?Yes — browse our dedicated ranges including non-alcoholic, gluten-free and vegan hampers, or contact our team and we’ll help you choose.Can I send hampers to multiple addresses in one order?Absolutely — multi-address dispatch is one of our specialities. Share your list of recipients and delivery addresses and we’ll send each hamper to its own door from a single order. For larger lists, our corporate gifting team will take care of everything.Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?Yes. We specialise in corporate gifting with custom branding, invoicing on purchase-order terms and multi-address dispatch. Send us your brief via the corporate gifting page and an account manager will respond within 24 hours.Can we add our company branding to the hampers?

Yes — for corporate orders we offer branded gift cards, custom-printed ribbons and logo-embossed boxes, plus a personalised message on every card. Your account manager shares mockups for approval before anything is produced.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your returns policy?If something isn’t right with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. Full details are on our Returns Policy page, or contact our team and we’ll make it right.How far in advance should I order, especially at Christmas?

The earlier the better, particularly around peak seasons like Christmas. Order early to secure your preferred hampers and delivery timing, and add any delivery instructions at checkout. For large or corporate orders, get in touch as soon as you have a rough brief.
