Please note if you select Click & Collect as delivery you cannot change delivery method to be shipped out.

Order Cut Off Times:

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are available for same-day pickup from 1pm-4pm.

Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends, are available the next business day from 1pm-4pm.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or SMS notification confirming that your items are available for collection. Please note you will be unable to collect your order before receiving your order confirmation email or SMS notification.

Pickup Location:

Collection is from the Hampers With Bite dispatch centre in Corio (Geelong), Victoria. The full pickup address is included in your order confirmation and your ready-for-pickup notification.

Parking: Park in the visitor car park upon arrival.

Reception: After parking, proceed to the reception and inform them that you are there for a Click and Collect order.

Monday to Friday: 9:00-4:00

Please ensure you arrive within these hours for your pickup.

Identification Requirements:

Bring a copy of your order confirmation (either printed or on your mobile device).

A valid photo ID matching the name on the order is required to verify your identity.

Pickup Procedure:

Upon arrival at our Corio (Geelong) dispatch centre, park in the visitor car park. Proceed to the reception area and notify the staff that you are there to pick up a Click and Collect order.

Allow 10 minutes and one of the staff members will assist you with your order. Please have your order confirmation and photo ID ready for verification.
