Please note if you select Click & Collect as delivery you cannot change delivery method to be shipped out.

Order Cut Off Times:

All orders for Click and Collect placed before 11am Monday – Thursdays will be available for same day pick up from 1-4pm

All orders for Click and Collect placed between 11am-4pm will be available on the next Business day between 9am and 4pm

If the order is placed after 4pm or on weekends the order will be available the next business day between 1-4pm

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or SMS notification confirming that your items are available for collection. Please note you will be unable to collect your order before receiving your order confirmation email or SMS notification.

Pickup Location:

Address: Hampers With Bite, Warehouse 1, 30-68 Taras Avenue, Altona North, VIC 3025

Parking: Park in the visitor car park upon arrival.

Reception: After parking, proceed to the reception and inform them that you are there for a Click and Collect order.

Operating Hours:

Pickup is available during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00-4:00

Please ensure you arrive within these hours for your pickup.

Identification Requirements:

Bring a copy of your order confirmation (either printed or on your mobile device).

A valid photo ID matching the name on the order is required to verify your identity.

Pickup Procedure:

Upon arrival at Warehouse 1, 30-68 Taras Avenue, park in the visitors. Proceed to the reception area and notify the staff that you are there to pick up a Click and Collect order.

Allow 10 minutes and one of the staff member will assist you with your order. Please have your order confirmation and ady for verification.
