We endeavour to dispatch all our online orders placed before 2pm on the same business day, any placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Corporate Orders placed through our sales team will be dispatched in coordination with your required delivery dates and delivery requirements (i.e. pallet) via your Sales Account Manager
We currently offer 5 delivery options:
Next Business Day
Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney Metro only and restricted to single hampers. Orders – must be placed before 2pm AEST Monday – Friday (not including public holidays)
Standard Shipping
Dispatched in 1-2 business days and typically arrives in 3 – 7 business days, varies upon delivery location and courier.
Express Shipping
Dispatched in 1-2 days from the warehouse, arrives in 1-3 business days from dispatch, varies upon delivery location and courier.
Premium Shipping
(Choose your own delivery date) – add two business days lead times
Pallet Delivery

We are unable to ship to PO boxes via our website, if you need a PO Box delivery please contact our Customer Service Team.

Corporate and Bulk Order Shipping
We offer a premium courier service that ensures your gifts arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition. The delivery times vary depending on the complexity of your orders and the delivery location but typically we can dispatch within 1-2 business days. Your account manager can work with you on delivery ETAs prior to processing your order.
Delivery FAQ’s
- Premium/Express Shipping - 1-3 business days from dispatch, or 2-5 days in peak season.
- Standard – Standard Shipping is variable by area but available to addresses across Australia. Standard delivery arrives within 5-7 days from dispatch or 5-10 in peak season.
- Click & Collect - pick up from our Altona North Warehouse Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends) *Peak Season is from November - December **Shipping times are estimates only
- It could be taken to a collection point (such as Aus Post or Parcel Connect, depending on the courier service), and a missed delivery card will be left, or
- The hamper will be returned to the depot and delivery will be attempted again, usually the following business day.
