Very infrequently, we may be out of stock of an individual component in this hamper. Not to worry, though! We will always substitute a missing product for one of equal or higher value. In most cases, we’ll even keep the category of product the same. In the unlikely event that it happens, any substitution of products within a hamper will most-likely be just a different flavour or variety of the same product.

The Sparkling & Chocolate Hamper is hand-packed in Victoria, and weekday orders placed before 1pm Melbourne time leave us the same day, excluding public holidays. In the final week, Express Post at checkout buys you extra time.
Can I order now and have it sent closer to Christmas?
Yes. At checkout, choose "Pick your date of dispatch" and pick the week you want the Sparkling & Chocolate Hamper to leave us, right up to Christmas week. You are choosing the dispatch week, not the delivery day, so allow Australia Post transit time after that. Order today and cross one more name off the list.

Yes. Every hamper comes with a free personalised gift card. How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is a flat $14.95 per hamper to anywhere in Australia, and Express Post is $24.95 per hamper. Free standard delivery starts at hampers priced $100 or more. Each hamper is packed and sent on its own, so delivery is charged per hamper, even on a big order. Full details are in our shipping policy.
