Food people appreciated this

Our friends cook a lot and are quite particular. They actually read out the labels as they unpacked it, especially the yuzu syrup and truffle nuts. That was a good sign.

Still discovering things

We received this as a housewarming present. I've used the yuzu syrup with soda, put the capsicum tapenade out with crackers, and hidden the fudge from the rest of the household. There is enough variation that it hasn't felt like eating the same thing each night. It looked impressive on arrival, but the interesting pantry bits are what made it a good gift for us.
