Food people appreciated this
Our friends cook a lot and are quite particular. They actually read out the labels as they unpacked it, especially the yuzu syrup and truffle nuts. That was a good sign.

Still discovering things
We received this as a housewarming present. I've used the yuzu syrup with soda, put the capsicum tapenade out with crackers, and hidden the fudge from the rest of the household. There is enough variation that it hasn't felt like eating the same thing each night. It looked impressive on arrival, but the interesting pantry bits are what made it a good gift for us.

A huge range to work through. The truffle flavour was a bit strong for me but my partner loved those snacks.

Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Yes, when you order the Gourmet Emporium Hamper in time for your state's Christmas cut-off. The dates are on our Christmas delivery dates page. We hand-pack every hamper in Victoria, and weekday orders placed before 1pm Melbourne time leave us the same day, excluding public holidays. Cutting it fine? Choose Express Post at checkout.
Can I order now and have it sent closer to Christmas?
Yes. At checkout, choose "Pick your date of dispatch" and select the week you want the Gourmet Emporium Hamper to leave us, from now through to Christmas week. You are choosing the dispatch week, not the delivery day, so allow for Australia Post transit time after it leaves. It is the easy way to tick gifts off early and stop worrying about them.
Can I add a Christmas message?
Yes. Every hamper includes a free personalised gift card. Before checkout you reach a gift message step: write your message, choose a card design (there is a Merry Christmas card) or leave it blank for a plain card. Ordering several gifts? Each hamper gets its own message, printed on its card and packed with the gift.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery on this hamper is free to anywhere in Australia, and Express Post is $24.95 per hamper if you need it sooner. Each hamper ships on its own, so a list of twenty gifts goes to twenty doors from one order. Full details are in our shipping policy.
Can I send it to my whole team or client list?
Yes. Send your address list to our corporate team, or use the bulk order form on our corporate ordering page, and each hamper goes to its own door from one order. We add your logo to the gift card at no charge and issue one GST tax invoice for your finance team, so the Gourmet Emporium Hamper works as easily for 50 people as for one.
