Sent a little Christmas home
My adult son was working over the break and couldn't join us. I sent this to his flat so he had a few treats waiting. He shared the snacks with his housemates and called to tell me he'd kept the chocolate almonds for himself. It wasn't a replacement for having him at lunch, but it was nice to send something he'd actually enjoy.
