One hamper, one meal
We have partnered with the Cotton On Foundation since 2021. For every hamper bought from us, a nutritious meal goes to a student at a Cotton On Foundation supported school in Uganda.
What the meals are
Breakfast is fortified porridge. Lunch is posho and beans, a staple across Uganda.
Simple food, served daily. It gives students the energy to concentrate through a school day, and it is one of the reasons they keep coming back.
How it adds up
One hamper does not sound like much on its own. Since 2021, though, our customers have sent enough of them to provide more than 925,000 meals.
Every one of those started the same way this one did, with somebody choosing a gift for somebody else.
Where your gift came in
Someone chose a hamper for you. That same choice put a meal in front of a student who needed one. A hamper for someone special, a meal for a student. A gift that gives twice.
Sending one yourself
Every hamper we send works the same way, whether it is a thank you to a client, a congratulations, or a way of telling someone you are thinking of them.
