Vitale Wellness: What It Is and Which Hampers It Comes In

Vitale Wellness is the body care line in our pamper and wellness hampers. Like our wine and tea, it is made for us and packed into gift boxes rather than sold on a shelf, which is why people who like it end up here looking for where to buy more.

The short answer is the same as for the others: inside the hampers, not on its own. The longer answer is below, along with what is actually in the range.

What the range covers

Body wash and hand wash. The core of it, and what turns up in most of the hampers. Australian botanical blends rather than heavy perfume.

Soap. Bar soap, usually matched to the wash in the same hamper.

Pillow and linen spray. Marketed as "Relax Me", and the piece people are most surprised by. A light spray on a pillowcase before bed, not something you put on skin.

Sunscreen. Practical rather than indulgent, and it turns up in the care-package style hampers where usefulness matters more than luxury.

The scents

Two directions, and it is worth knowing which you are sending.

Bergamot, mandarin and lavender. The citrus and herbal end. Fresh rather than sweet, and the safer choice for someone whose taste you do not know. This is what is in the house essentials set.

Bergamot and ylang-ylang. Warmer and more floral, with ylang-ylang doing most of the work. More distinctive, and more polarising. Lovely if it suits them, noticeable if it does not.

If you are genuinely unsure, send the citrus one. Scent is the single most common reason a pamper gift goes unused, and fresh offends nobody.

Which hampers it comes in

All in stock at the time of writing.

  • Vitale Wellness Pamper Hamper. The fullest expression of the range: bergamot and ylang-ylang body wash, hand wash and soap, the pillow and linen spray, and fluffy socks. If someone has asked where the products came from, this is the one to send them.
  • Vitale Australian Botanicals House Essentials. Bergamot, mandarin and lavender body wash, hand wash and sunscreen with cotton wash cloths. Entirely food free, which makes it the gift to send when dietary needs or allergies make food risky.
  • Vitality Pamper Hamper. Body wash and soap alongside bath salts, truffles and a lemon tea. The most affordable way into the range.
  • Warm Wishes Hamper. Hand and body wash and sunscreen with hand cream, soap and a water bottle. Alcohol free and built as a care package.
  • Luxury Gift Hamper For Her. Vitale pamper pieces alongside Chandon Brut, prosecco, stemless glasses and Belgian chocolate. The celebration version.
  • Tea & Comfort Hamper. Includes the Vitale body wash with tea, an infuser cup, socks and an eye mask.

The food-free point, which matters more than it sounds

Most gift hampers are food. That is a problem when you are sending to someone with a serious allergy, a coeliac diagnosis, a restricted diet during treatment, or simply a household you know nothing about.

A body care hamper removes the question completely. Nobody has to read a label, nobody has to be polite about something they cannot eat, and you do not have to ask an awkward question in advance. That is why the House Essentials set gets sent far more often than its category would suggest.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy the products separately?

Not through the website. Vitale is made for our hampers, the same as Sage Hills, Barrel & Vine and Opulent tea.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

The formulations are gentle, but we are not in a position to make a claim about any individual's skin. If sensitivity is a real concern, read the ingredients on the bottle before using, and treat a gift as something to patch test rather than commit to.

Is it tested on animals?

Check the packaging, which carries the current certifications. We would rather point you at the label than state something here that could go out of date.

What is the pillow spray actually for?

A light mist on a pillowcase or sheets before bed. Not for skin, and not for the face. One or two sprays is plenty.

Which one for a man?

The House Essentials set, usually. It is the most practical and the least floral of the group.
