They encourage meaningful conversations by building motivation, confidence, and skills of the help-giver. They are very passionate about suicide prevention and work with people to invest more time into their personal relationships and building support networks. What Are We Doing to Help?

At Hampers With Bite, we are doing our part to support R U OK by creating and selling our R U OK Day Hamper.
