For all deliveries sent with Startrack you can use the tracking number in your dispatch notification to track your delivery here .
This portal will provide you with updates, including whether it is on board for delivery that day, delivered or still scanning through the network.
You can find your delivery ETA if your order has been dispatched by looking up your order in the Startrack portal here .
If you are yet to place an order, the shipping time frame is dependent on the weight and area your hamper is being delivered to, this is calculated in the check out. You can add your hamper and check out, once you have provided the address the shipping options will appear before you purchase.
You can add your discount code in the cart before you check out, please note we are unable to refund the difference once your order has been placed.
