Can I create my own hamper?
We do offer creating your own custom hamper, however this is just for bulk orders for over 1k spend. For more information on creating your own hamper click here.
Can I pre-order my hampers?
You sure can! For single orders simply select your delivery date in the calendar at checkout. For bulk orders simply specify your preferred delivery date when you complete our bulk order form.To go to our bulk order form click here.
Do you offer vegan, gluten free or vegetarian hampers?
We sure do! We offer a range of hamper options which are vegan, gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. You can find them listed on the website
Are your hampers gluten free?
We understand people have dietary requirements, so any hampers which are gluten free will be clearly labelled as such and use certified gluten free products. For the rest of our hampers, as we do not manufacture our products in house we are not able to 100% guarantee an item will not contain traces of gluten. However, all of the items in our hampers are individually packaged with all ingredient information required.
I have a nut allergy, does my hamper contain nuts?
We understand people have dietary requirements, so any hampers which are nut free will be clearly labelled as such and use certified nut free products For the rest of our hampers, as we do not manufacture our products in house we cannot 100% guarantee an item will not contain traces of nuts. Can I make amendments to my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please get in touch with us via phone or email ASAP, as once an order has been processed by our Production team we’re not able to make any changes. If you want to make changes to the hampers you are ordering, we do offer this however there is a minimum spend. How does my hamper come packed?
All of our gifts come beautifully presented. We offer a range of reusable packaging for our hampers as well. There is a description with every hamper outlining how each hamper comes, we also make sure to source the best packaging possible at a great price for you.
What are your business hours?
We operate Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm, any queries outside of these hours be sure to send us an email or message us on our online chat and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
How will my recipients know who sent them the hamper?
We offer complimentary gift cards that go with all of our hampers. You can customise the message that is written in the cards with a very large character limit.
What is the best way to contact Hampers with Bite?

Can I swap items?
Unfortunately we are unable to customise hampers in this way on any orders under 5k. For custom hamper queries click here.
What comes in my hamper?
We have descriptions on all of our hampers that outline what comes in each hamper as well as describing how the hamper comes presented, if you are unsure of this be sure to look on the description when viewing the hamper. Please note that if we temporarily run out of stock of an item we will swap it without notice for something similar of equal or greater value.
Where are your products from?
We have gone to great lengths to source the best products that we can to go in all of ours hampers. We have great relationships with all our suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best products and range for all of our gifts.
Can I choose a weekend delivery date?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer weekend delivery. Occasionally, during busy periods, Startrack may deliver over the weekend – however, we are unable to request a weekend delivery. If your order is placed on a Friday, Weekend, or after 3PM on Thursday, the next available delivery date will be the following week.
Do you offer Next Day Delivery?
We can offer Next Day delivery depending on the weight and area you are sending to, but your order will need to be placed before 3PM AEST. Once you have checked out with your chosen hamper, and input the address, you can select your preferred date, our calendar will let you know the earliest date available for delivery. For specific dates and next day delivery, please make sure to select the Premium option. While this is sent via a next day service there can still occasionally be postal delays. Can I order a hamper to an overseas address?
While we do deliver Australia wide, we do not have capabilities to deliver outside of Australia just yet!
