Can I create my own hamper?

We do offer creating your own custom hamper, however this is just for bulk orders for over 10 units.

Can I make amendments to my order?

We do offer the ability to make amendments to our hampers. To find out more information on how you can customise your hamper, click here. Minimum spends do apply. Please contact our sales team on 1300 795 802 or email sales@hamperswithbite.com.au

I have a nut allergy, does my hamper contain nuts?

As we do not manufacture our products in house we cannot 100% guarantee an item will not contain traces of nuts. However, all of the items in our hampers are individually packaged with all ingredient information required.

How do I get one of your catalogues?

Where are your products from?

We have gone to great lengths to source the best products that we can to go in all of ours hampers. We have great relationships with all our suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best products and range for all of our gifts.

Can I pre order my hamper for Christmas?

You sure can! For single orders simply select your delivery date in the calendar at checkout. For bulk orders simply specify your preferred delivery date when you complete our bulk order form. To complete the bulk order form click here.

Are your hampers gluten free?

As we do not manufacture our products in house we cannot 100% guarantee an item will not contain traces of gluten. However, all of the items in our hampers are individually packaged with all ingredient information required.

How does my hamper come packed?

All of our gifts come beautifully presented. We offer a range of reusable packaging for our hampers as well. There is a description with every hamper outlining how each hamper comes, we also make sure to source the best packaging possible at a great price for you.

What are your business hours?

We operate Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm, any queries outside of these hours be sure to send us an email or message us on our online chat and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

How will my recipients know who sent them the hamper?

We offer complimentary gift cards that go with all of our hampers. You can customise the message that is written in the cards with a very large character limit.

Can I swap items?

Unfortunately we are unable to customise hampers in this way on any orders under 10 units. For custom hamper queries click here.

What comes in my hamper?

We have descriptions on all of our hampers that outline exactly what comes in each hamper as well as describing how the hamper comes presented, if you are unsure of this be sure to look on the description when viewing the hamper.
