Who is Dignity for Children?

While we’re coming up with ideas to play our part for humanity, there are many  organizations already set up for the cause and Dignity for Children is among the most well-established.
The Dignity for Children Foundation is a non-governmental organization that provides holistic care and education for poor children in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Dignity currently serves over 1,700 children and youth aged 1-18 years. Other than operating education programs in Sentul Kuala Lumpur, Dignity also supports other community schools working with children in South East Asia through its community-school start up and teacher training programs.

Completely revolutionising the concept of helping young talent grow, Dignity for Children has developed a plan to instill knowledge with interesting and awe-inspiring teaching techniques. Not only do they offer courses for all sorts of physical and mental development, but also focus on children’s nourishment. We can all agree this is a vital part of learning and living!

At Hampers with Bite, we are proud to be partnering with Dignity for Children.  Giving every child access to their right to quality education and a nutritious meal is close to our hearts. In May 2019 our Director, Rory Boyle, visited the Dignity for Children learning centre in Malaysia and witnessed, hands on, the way they transform children’s’ lives.
