Yeast plays a crucial role in the recipe as it determines whether the beer is a larger or an ale.

As beer is made on a larger scale and needs to be inexpensive it is filled with cheap ingredients such as barley or rice that makes you feel full and bloated.

Ultimately craft beer is more perfected and more focused than macro-breweries beer. It is generally served at just the right temperature, rather than ice cold, given the chance to warm and release its flavours.
