A little thank-you to myself

Bought this after finishing a long work project. I put most of it in the pantry and chose a different treat each evening. The cashew brittle was excellent with coffee and I saved the Pimm's truffles for a friend who enjoys them. More than I would usually spend on snacks, but it felt like a proper reward over several weeks.
