DELIVERY FAQ’s

You can see general tracking updates on this page. However, for live updates please click your order number above. This will take you directly to the courier portal. Input either your order number or connote number for the most up to date tracking.

The mobile number you have provided for the recipient will receive SMS updates. We recommend monitoring your delivery using the courier portal for the most up to date tracking.

Our couriers will attempt to leave the hamper in a safe spot. 

If it is considered unsafe to leave at the address, it could be taken to a collection point, or the hamper will be returned to the depot and delivery will be attempted again, usually the following business day.

Please note couriers are often on a very tight schedule and will not be able to wait at any address for very long.

Delivery will occur between 9AM-5:30PM, however we are unable to provide a more specific delivery window.

As we use a third party courier, we cannot guarantee that drivers will always be able to call on arrival as they run on a tight schedule. It is dependent on the individual driver on the day. 

You will receive an email once dispatch has occurred, with a link to track your order via our courier portal.
