Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the order anytime up until 24 hours before your delivery, you will be refunded within 2-3 business days.

We are unable to cancel if the order is 24 hours away from delivery, on for delivery or custom made.

Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. In the case of ‘Same day’ deliveries, if the recipient is not be available to accept the delivery, the Hamper will be then be returned to us. From there one of our customer representatives will contact you to arrange a date for redelivery and a redelivery fee of $14.90 will apply.
  2. If your Hamper is delivered outside of our delivery territory and the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, a card will be left in the mailbox and the Hamper will be delivered to the nearest Post office/Depot so that the recipient can rather re-organise another delivery or pick up their Hamper at a suitable time.
  3. If you need to cancel your order during transit, we will attempt to have your Hamper delivered to our Warehouse. If the Hamper is returned successfully, you will be refunded in full. Please allow take 2-3 business days for the money to return back to your account*
  4. Please note whilst we will do our best to ensure delivery is made in a timely manner, we will not provide compensation for any late/missed deliveries that are at fault of the couriers.  
  5. At Hampers with Bite we pride ourselves on the quality of not only the products itself but also customer satisfaction. If you receive a gift that has been damaged, faulty or the item is incorrect please contact our customer service team within 14 business days on 1300 795 802 and we will arrange for a replacement Hamper to be sent out immediately.
  6. If a customer has received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we allow them both the choice of a credit or a replacement, dependant on the circumstances.


Shipping Damage Refund Policy

  1. Hampers with Bite take the upmost care to ensure your package is received in perfect condition and is exactly what you ordered.
  2. In the rare situation a consignment has been damaged in transit Hampers with Bite will gladly replace the product in a prompt manner at no extra cost to the purchaser.
  3. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase with Hampers with Bite all we ask is the parcel is returned in the same condition it was received and a full refund will be processed.


Returns & Exchange Procedure:

In the circumstance that you need to return or exchange an item please email info@hamperswithbite.com.au or call 1300 795 802 and we will take care of this for you.

Hampers with Bite are able to email over a returns consignment label, all we ask is that the consumer could attach the consignment label to the box and from there we can then organize a pick up time.

Returns and payment will be processed within 24-48 hours after making contact with a sales representative. Payment will be credited back to the original credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the order.

There is no re-stocking or processing fee.

If Hampers with Bite deems the product to be damaged, faulty or the wrong item we will cover the cost of pick up. Otherwise if the reason for returning the Hamper is due to change of mind, the product is no longer relevant or there is insufficient evidence suggesting Hampers with Bite is at fault there will be a 9.95 redelivery fee.
