Typically if you cancel the order before it has been dispatched, we can provide a full refund without issue. If the order has already been shipped/delivered and you’re returning due to change of mind, you’ll be required to cover the return cost to ship the hamper back to our warehouse, and we’ll provide a full refund on the cost of the hamper.
