Eligibility Criteria

Entry is open to Australian businesses, excluding businesses located in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), that:

• Are registered in Australia with a valid ABN;

• Are actively trading during the promotional period; and

• Are existing customers of Hampers With Bite Pty Ltd who have placed an EOFY Spend & Save order during the promotional period.

The following are ineligible to enter:

• Individuals or sole traders entering in a personal capacity (i.e., not on behalf of a business);

• Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter or its associated agencies (unless the entry is on behalf of an eligible business); and

• Any business found to have submitted false or misleading information or to have violated these Terms and Conditions.

Competition Period

The competition opens on Saturday, 1 June 2025 at 12:00am AEST and closes on Monday, 30 June 2025 at 11:59pm AEST.

Entry Details

To enter, an eligible business must make a qualifying EOFY Spend & Save purchase from Hampers With Bite Pty Ltd during the competition period. No additional entry process is required. One entry per qualifying order.

Prize Details

• $2,000 Hampers With Bite Credit

• Valid for use within 12 months of issue

• Not transferable or redeemable for cash

 Prize 2

• $1,000 Hampers With Bite Shipping Voucher

• Valid for 12 months

• Not transferable or redeemable for cash

 Prize 3

• $500 Hampers With Bite Shipping Voucher

• Valid for 12 months

• Not transferable or redeemable for cash

 Prize 4 (3 Winners)

• Free Branding for 12 Months

• Estimated value of $420 AUD each, based on average usage of 10 branded hampers per month at $3.50 per unit

• Actual value may vary depending on use

• Not transferable or redeemable for cash

Prize Draw

• Winners will be selected via a random draw on Tuesday, 1 July 2025 at 2:00pm AEST.

• Draw will take place at the Hampers With Bite office: Warehouse 1, 30 Taras Avenue, Altona North, VIC 3025.

• Winners will be notified by email within 3 business days.

Publication of Winners

Winners’ business names will be published on the Hampers With Bite website and/or social media channels within 5 business days of the draw.

Claiming the Prize

• Prizes will be issued in the form of a credit note reference or voucher code delivered via email.

• If a winner does not respond or claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize or forfeit it at their discretion.

Liability Disclaimer

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, system errors, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter disclaims any liability for loss or damage incurred by participants in connection with this promotion or the acceptance of any prize.

Privacy Notice

By entering this promotion, businesses consent to the collection and use of their contact information by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting winners. Data will be handled in accordance with the Hampers With Bite [Privacy Policy] and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Permit Status

No permit is required for this trade promotion in Victoria. The total prize pool is valued under the threshold amounts that trigger permit requirements in other jurisdictions, including:

• New South Wales (permit required if over $10,000)

• South Australia (permit required if over $5,000)

• Australian Capital Territory (permit required if over $3,000)

As the ACT is excluded and the total prize value is below these thresholds, no trade promotion permits are required in any participating Australian states or territories.
