How long will my Corporate Order take?
We offer a premium courier service that ensures your gifts arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition. The delivery times vary depending on the complexity of your orders and the delivery location but typically we can dispatch within 1-2 business days. Your account manager can work with you on delivery ETAs prior to processing your order.
How do I get started?
If you are interested in branding any of the items in your hamper, simply complete our branding enquiry form click here. You will need to send us a file of your logo and one of our designers will get started ASAP. How Much Does Custom Branding Cost?

Do you offer branded gift cards?
We offer free gift cards with all of our hampers which can be personalised with your own message. If you would also like to add branding onto your gift card, this will be an additional $3.50 per card. For more information about branded gift cards click here .
Do you offer corporate branding?

Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! If you are having trouble deciding on the perfect hamper for your staff or clients, Hampers With Bite offers virtual gift vouchers for your gift recipients to redeem via our website at a time of their choosing. Simply contact our Corporate Sales team to purchase a gift voucher at the value of your choice and let your recipient choose what they want!

We offer the option to create your own bespoke hamper, tailored to your brand to suit your budget and requirements. This service is currently available for ongoing orders or orders above $1k. For more information about creating your own hamper, please click here.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We specialise in bulk orders and can ship to single addresses or multiple addresses, Australia wide. There is no order to big or too small.
How do I place a bulk order?
To place a bulk order, we would need to know the quantity of hampers you would like to order, the addresses you would like these to be sent to and your gift card message to be sent with your hampers. To place your bulk order, you can do so by emailing sales@hamperswithbite.com.au or by completing our bulk order form here and submitting this on the next page.
