Who are R U OK Organisation?

R U OK is a harm prevention charity that encourages people to stay connected with one another and to speak out when they need help. They encourage meaningful conversations by building motivation, confidence, and skills of the help-giver. They are very passionate about suicide prevention and work with people to invest more time into their personal relationships and building support networks. Their vision is to see a world where everyone is connected and protected from suicide, with their mission is to inspire and empower people to meaningfully connect with those in their world and lend support when they are struggling with life.

What Are We Doing to Help?

At Hampers With Bite, we are doing our part to support R U OK by creating and selling our R U OK Day Hamper. This hamper is designed for keeping colleagues, friends, and families connected through uncertain times. This hamper includes an assortment of sweet and savoury snacks and is the perfect gift option to send off to staff working from home, or friends and family you can’t see because of the pandemic.
